You're paying for a lot more than the data. With cs2.sh, you get continuous support, updates, and a reliable & accurate price API.
Pricing data also tends to be something you build a system with, and cs2.sh removes the time-consuming and annoying part of that. You get to integrate a single up-to-date and accurate API, rather than building and maintaining a collector for every marketplace. And worrying about API changes, new items, and IP/scraping blocks. Spend your time on what actually matters :)
Yes – we have a free 2-day trial for the developer plan. Trials are issued automatically in the Discord server. You just need to sign up, then open a ticket and enter your email address.
No - we try to keep pricing as simple as possible, so we only have two plans. There's nothing wrong with only using some of the data, though :)
Every plan includes unlimited requests with no monthly limit. However, requests are limited to 10 requests per second per key.
Developer ($75/mo) is intended for current data / latest prices. Scale ($200/mo) includes all latest-endpoints plus OHLC price history, BUFF and Steam history, and the archive and liquidity endpoints. There are no restrictions on marketplaces across plans.
Yes. Plans are managed from the Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with unused time credited toward the change; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with full access until then.
Current prices refresh approximately every 5 minutes. Youpin Doppler data updates every 5-15 minutes and CSFloat Doppler data every 10-15 minutes. The dedicated BUFF endpoint updates every ~10 minutes; the dedicated Steam endpoint every ~5 minutes. Every response provides both a collected_at and updated_at timestamp.
It depends on the endpoint. /v1/prices/history (continuous OHLC) covers data since December 24, 2025; /v1/archive/history since 2023; /v1/archive/csfloat since 2022; /v1/archive/steam (native Steam median sale prices) since April 26, 2013; and /v1/archive/youpin (Youpin sale prices at 1h/4h/12h intervals) since November 12, 2025.
Variants are priced individually per source within a variants object, rather than being collapsed into a single price. cs2.sh supports variants for Doppler (Phase 1–4, Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl), Gamma Doppler (Phase 1–4, Emerald), and Case Hardened (Tier 1–4, Blue Gem).
